Bottle Solutions™ UN-approved plastic drums are manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies to meet the stringent demands of chemical compatibility with hazardous and non-hazardous products as well as reliability and safety requirements. Our plastic drums are made from a high molecular-weight, high-density polyethylene resin and manufactured to high standards of quality and consistency. This material makes the drums extremely strong and rigid, allowing for easy handling and low shipping costs. In addition, total packaging costs are decreased because plastic drums can be reused.

Tight Head Plastic Drums
Bottle Solutions™ carries Tight Head Plastic Drums in blue, white and natural colors. These come in standard 15, 20, 30 and 55 gallon capacity. These are made from a high molecular weight, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin and manufactured to the highest standards of quality and consistency. This material makes the drums extremely strong and rigid yet far lighter than steel drums, allowing for easier handling and savings on shipping costs. In addition, plastic drums save valuable warehouse space because they are stackable and can be stored outside without rusting. Plastic drums have no inner liner to crack or fracture, eliminating a source of contamination. These drums can be reused several times, lowering the total system cost associated with packaging. Our Tight Head Plastic Drums feature sidewall rolling hoops to protect labeling; standard bung configuration of one 2” NPT and one 2” buttress or ¾” vent offers maximum flexibility (Other bung configuration options are available); drums can be cleaned and reconditioned; and they are in full compliance with regulations promulgated by DOT (UN), UFC, NMFC, USDA and FDA, among others.

Plastic Open Head Drums - 15 - 30 gallon
Bottle Solutions™ UN-approved Open Head Plastic Drums in sizes 15, 20 and 30 gallons, are manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies to meet the stringent demands of chemical compatibility with hazardous and non-hazardous products as well as reliability and safety requirements. Our plastic drums are made from a high molecular-weight, high-density polyethylene resin and manufactured to high standards of quality and consistency. This material makes the drums extremely strong and rigid, allowing for easy handling and low shipping costs. Plastic drums save warehouse space because they can be nested. Features include tapered design with bumper guard protection; lever locking bands; can be handled with standard drum handling equipment; molded hand holds to facilitate manual handling and dumping; can be cleaned and reconditioned; and these drums are in full compliance with regulations promulgated by DOT (UN), UFC,NMFC, USDA and FDA, among others.

Plastic Open Head Drums - 55 gallon
Bottle Solutions™ UN-approved 55 gallon Open Head Plastic Drums are manufactured using state-of-the-art technologies to meet the stringent demands of chemical compatibility with hazardous and non-hazardous products as well as reliability and safety requirements. Our plastic drums are made from a high molecular-weight, high-density polyethylene resin and manufactured to high standards of quality and consistency. This material makes the drums extremely strong and rigid, allowing for easy handling and low shipping costs. Plastic drums save warehouse space because they can be easily stacked. Features include sidewall rolling hoops to protect labeling; standard bung configuration of two 2” NPS bungs (Other bung configuration options are available); lever locking bands; can be handled with standard drum handling equipment; can be cleaned and reconditioned; and these drums are in full compliance with regulations promulgated by DOT (UN), UFC, NMFC, USDA and FDA, among others.
