Steel Drums
Bottle Solutions™ carries a variety of Steel Drums in 15, 20 and 55 gallon sizes. These come either lined on unlined to accommodate your specific need. Several of our Steel Drums come with a UN Rating, in case you need to ship hazardous materials. If you cannot find the Steel Drum you are looking for give us a call. Our Customer Service department is fully trained to help you select the appropriate container for your needs! And, if you need a Label or Silk Screening for your Steel Drum Bottle Solutions™ can make this easy for you!

Open Head Steel Drums
Bottle Solutions™ stocks Open Head Steel Drums in black, 15 and 55 gallon sizes, however we can easily source other sizes and colors for you. Open Head Steel Drums work well with lubricants, inks, chemicals, detergents and other viscous material. Our 55 gallon is designed, manufactured and certified to meet UN requirements under DOT 49 DFR. These are constructed of first-quality cold-rolled steel. Our Open Head Steel Drums come unlined, however with a rust-inhibitor. Also available are steel drums with chemical-resistant epoxyphenolic lining. Our Open Head Steel Drums feature sidewall rolling hoops to protect labeling; plain cover with no bung opening (Various bung configuration options are available); bolt ring closing mechanism.

Closed (Tight) Head Steel Drums
Bottle Solutions™ stocks Closed (Tight) Head Steel Drums in black, 20 and 55 gallon sizes, however, we can easily source other sizes and colors for you. Our 55 gallon is designed, manufactured and certified to meet UN requirements under DOT 49 DFR. These are constructed of first-quality cold-rolled steel. Our 55 gallon Closed (Tight) Head Steel Drums come both unlined with a rust-inhibitor and also with chemical-resistant epoxyphenolic lining. Closed (Tight) Head Steel Drums feature sidewall rolling hoops to protect labeling and covers with 2’ buttress and ¾” NPS plug(Various other bung configuration options are available.)
