Light Weight Dairy Plastic Pails and Tubs
Light Weight Dairy Plastic Containers are used for both fresh and frozen products. We carry 8 oz up to 3 gallon sizes in both natural and white. You may have the need for a pail with a handle for dairy products or perhaps some other purpose. We have a 4.2 quart that will fit this need perfectly. To complete your package consider labeling or silk screening in one or more colors. This is easy to do with Bottle Solutions™. You can design your own label with our design tool located on our Home page or call our Customer Service Representatives who will help you with the many printing options available.

Open Head Round Plastic Pails and Covers

Pails
Open Head Round Plastic Pails have many different dry and liquid applications and are used in a variety of different industries. You will find plastic pails in the food, chemical, paint, home repair and maintenance, petroleum, just to name a few. Plastic pails are easy to fill, empty, carry and store. Our high performance pails are made of High Density Polyethylene (HPDE) and come in either black, natural or white colors (others colors are available by special order). We carry sizes from 1 to 6 gallons. An important feature of our Open Head Round Plastic Pails is the EZ Cover®, which make sealing, opening and resealing a snap. And, at Bottle Solutions™ you can have your pails labeled or silk screened easily. We provide dimensional information for every product so you know the exact print area required. Our Customer Service staff can discuss your specific needs and easily get the right information on your pail quickly!

Covers
Bottle Solutions™ uses EZ Covers® for most all of our Open Head Round Plastic Pails. EZ Covers®, made with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), are extremely easy to open and reseal. They provide stacking safety, shipping integrity, and tamper evidence to protect your product. An added benefit of EZ Covers® is the ability to easily reseal your pail and retain product freshness. EZ Covers® come in a variety of colors, white, red, yellow, green, blue and black. White and black can match your pail or other colors can be used for a color coding system. Many of our covers come with a pull-up Rieke™ Spout. This makes it convenient for you to pour liquids out of your pail without having to unseal the container. When you buy from Bottle Solutions™ we make it easy for you to put a label on your cover. This can be simple or complex. Let us know what you need and we’ll get it done!

Square Plastic Pails and Covers

Square Plastic Pails have many different dry and liquid applications and are used in a variety of different industries. An important benefit of Square Pails is the space saving design. Our Square Plastic Pails can reduce packaging costs by creating the ability to store and ship in a much smaller cube space. In fact, 60 square pails will fit in the space of 36 round containers. This is a great solution when shipping by truck, storing in a warehouse, or stacking in a retail store. Our high performance pails are made of High Density Polyethylene (HPDE) and come in a white color (others colors are available by special order). We carry sizes from 2 to 4¼ gallons. An important feature of our Square Plastic Pails is the EZ Cover™, which make sealing, opening and resealing a snap. And, at Bottle Solutions™ you can have your pails labeled or silk screened easily.

Covers
Bottle Solutions™ uses EZ Covers® for most of our Square Plastic Pails. EZ Covers®, made with High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), are extremely easy to open and reseal. Open Head UN Plastic Pails and Covers
You may need to ship hazardous materials in Open Head UN Plastic Pails. At Bottle Solutions™ we carry a full line (3.5 to 6 gallon) of open head pails that meet UN specifications for shipping containers. All of our pails and covers are made from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and come in both natural and white colors. The cover for a UN pail is what, along with the pail, allows for its certification to ship regulated materials. For your convenience we carry a variety of covers including plain, covers with 70MM caps, covers with Rieke™ Flex-Spouts™, and we also have EZ Covers®, which provide for easy sealing, opening and covering after opening. When selecting a pail and cover make sure to consider your application. Some of our containers are for Dry Product Only. Others will work for both dry and liquid product. At Bottle Solutions™, you can have your pails labeled or silk screened easily. We always provide dimensional information for every product so you know the exact print area required. Closed Top (Tight Head) UN Plastic Pails
When you need to pack and/or ship non-corrosive materials, Bottle Solutions™ Closed Top (Tight Head) Plastic Pails are the ideal solution. We carry these in round and rectangular shapes in natural, white and blue colors. As a UN certified container, these are safe to package and ship for many liquid products. Our Closed Top Pails have easy stacking features with top and bottom interlocking design; all pails come with plastic non-corrosive pivoting wide handle grips for easy carrying and 180o recess assists in proper stacking; anti-glug vents come on some pails; a wide variety of closures will fit many different filling, dispensing and sealing requirements; and the top is designed to drain and thereby prevent any accumulation of liquids. Bottle Solutions™ pails can easily be silk screened or sleeve-labeled to meet you information and design requirement.

Closed Top (Tight Head) UN Plastic Pail Closures
In order to properly seal you Closed Top UN Plastic Pail an appropriate closure is required. At Bottle Solutions™ we carry a wide variety to fit your filling, dispensing and sealing requirements. Closures come in a natural color and can come plain, with vent, tamper evident design, with Flexspout™, or with ¾ inch knockout designed for various dispensing attachments. If you are not sure about the right closure give us a call, our Customer Service Representatives are trained to assist you with the correct selection of container and closure.

Industrial Faucet
At Bottle Solutions™ we stock the Flo-Rite™ Gold Faucet. Made from polyethylene, this will fit the ¾ inch threaded opening on our 70MM Closures. These are easy and convenient to use and make dispensing of liquid product a simple matter.

Life Latch® Screw-Top Pails and Covers
Bottle Solutions™ stocks Life Latch® plastic pails in white, sizes 1 to 6.5 gallons. In addition to white covers we also carry blue and red for your product differentiating or system needs. Life Latch® plastic pails can be used as chemical containers, biohazard waste containers, pharmaceutical containers, food storage containers and even pet food storage containers. The patented Life Latch® lid screws and unscrews with ease. Life Latch® open head pails are approved for solids and U.N. Certified for Groups II and III. All sizes are U.N. certified approved pharmaceutical containers. Life Latch® plastic buckets use FDA components for food storage containers and pharmaceutical containers. The Life Latch® seals are vacuum tight and moisture resistant. In selecting Life Latch® pails make sure to select the proper container for either dry or liquid product. And, remember, you can always add a label or silk screen Life Latch® pails at Bottle Solutions™. Let us help you set up the proper specifications!
