At Bottle Solutions™ we accept orders via our internet site shopping cart BottleSolutions.com 24 hours daily, seven days per week; by phone to our Customer Service Department at 888.733.0338 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time; by fax purchase order to 216.889.7325; or by US Mail addressed to: Bottle Solutions™ at 12201 Elmwood Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44111-5903.

Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.




You can establish an open account with Bottle Solutions™ if your annual purchases exceed $2,500.00, additional terms and conditions will apply. You can apply for credit by submitting a Credit Application. Granting of Credit Lines is subject to review of Credit Application information. For fast processing of your order use of a major credit or debit card is recommended.

At Bottle Solutions™ there is no minimum order amount.

Bottle Solutions™ published prices and our product specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. Because of the commodity nature of the raw materials in our products prices and thereby price changes are subject to market conditions. If you have questions about any current price call our Customer Service Department at 888.733.0338. It is important to note that our published prices do not include any applicable federal, state or local taxes, duties or shipping and handling charges.

Bottle Solutions™ offers a low price guarantee. All you need to do is present a lower published price at the time of purchase and we will beat it! Published prices that are considered can be from printed catalogs, issued within 60 days of a purchase from Bottle Solutions™, or current pricing on a company’s internet web site.   All presented prices are subject to verification. Certain Bottle Solutions™ discounts may not be applied to prices adjusted due to competitive price matches.

Discounts

Bottle Solutions™ is pleased to offer two different types of discounts. Published on our web site are case quantity discounts. In addition we offer a dollar volume discount for orders over $1,000. Call for details.

Discounts are computed only on the merchandise value and do not include the value of shipping, handling, taxes or any other charges associated with a specific order. In the case of invoiced orders, discount will only apply to payment received on time, within terms.

Shipping and Handling

All orders to Bottle Solutions™ are shipped FOB, 12201 Elmwood Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44111-5903. We offer shipping options to meet your needs. These include next day air, second day air, and ground shipments via UPS.  Please request any other preferred shipping services at the time of order. Unless otherwise notified, all orders, that do not include labels, will ship the same business day if they are received before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. (Orders with labels may require 3-4 week lead time.) Orders received Saturday or Sunday will not process until Monday. UPS will not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday without special charges and conditions. Common carrier will be used for very large orders that cannot be accommodated by UPS specifications. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your order and will include insurance in an amount equal to price of the shipped goods unless the buyer specifies otherwise. Immediately upon shipping you will receive a Tracking Number for UPS or a Bill of Lading Number for Common Carrier shipments by Email to the email address you provide with your order. 

You can check the status of your order at any time by calling our Customer Service Department at 888.733.0338 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. If you have a UPS tracking number you can check the location of your order any time by selecting the UPS tracking link on BottleSoutions.com Home page or by going to UPS.com and selecting the Track Order feature. In addition you can call UPS Customer Service: for packages below 150 pounds call 800.742.5877; for freight service over 150 pounds 800.333.7400.

Product Returns

All product returns must be approved in advance by Bottle Solutions™ Customer Service Department. If you need to return product please call 888.733.0338 Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. When calling to return a product you will be given a “Product Return Authorization Number.”  This Number must be clearly written on all packages sent back to Bottle Solutions™ in order to receive credit. Returns and/or claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returned product will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. If the product return is determined to be at the Customers request, Bottle Solutions™ will not be responsible for product return freight charges.  If the product return is due to an error on the part of Bottle Solutions™, then Bottle Solutions™ will pay the cost of any freight required to return the product.  You will be advised of the exact amount of refund credit when you receive your Product Return Authorization Number.

Sales Tax

All appropriate sales taxes will be applied to an order. Tax exempt entities must show written proof of tax exempt status during the ordering process. This can be mailed to Bottle Solutions™ at 12201 Elmwood Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44111-5903; or Faxed to 216.889.7325. Please reference your order number when forwarding your tax exempt documentation.

Although Bottle Solutions™ makes every effort to provide the products you order as specified and in a timely manner, Bottle Solutions™ shall not be liable for any claims of exemplary or consequential damages, no matter how arising, and in no case shall the liability of Bottle Solutions™ exceed the actual invoiced price of the product or order in question, not including shipping and handling.
