Effective October 15, 2019, Bottle Solutions will require a $500 minimum for all orders.
For e-commerce orders on our website and orders place directly with our customer service department, we offer shipping via UPS, FedEX or USPS anywhere in the United States and Canada. Upon completion of an order, e-commerce customers are automatically quoted a cost for shipment by either UPS or FedEx. Please allow at least two business days from date of order to receipt of shipment.
For local customers in Northeast Ohio, we offer the quick and convenient option of customer pick-up at our facility. Please place orders by phone at least twenty-four hours before your desired pick-up time. Our pick-up hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Confirm with your customer service representative where the product will be available for pick-up.

Bottle Solutions operates a fleet of trucks for delivery to customers within the Northeast Ohio area. Local delivery within Cuyahoga County and surrounding counties is available free of charge for orders totaling $350 or more. Delivery on our trucks to locations outside Cuyahoga and surrounding counties may be available for a fee.
For larger orders, Bottle Solutions will provide a quote and arrange for “best-way” freight by approved common carriers. Orders can be shipped within two business days from date of order placement. Customers are also welcome to arrange for their own freight carriers to pick-up at our facility. We will be happy to provide you with the weights and dimensions for your order.
